sorry, it thought it was. does the image have to be no larger than 600x450 or can I use the code to make it look no larger than 600x450?

Usually we'd rather have the file itself be no larger than the max, but in this case it's close enough that using the code to resize it would be okay. Keep in mind that if it changes the aspect ratio it'll stretch the image, though!
