Was sick for the better part of the day yesterday and cold meds do some hilarious things to your priorities, let me tell you. So it looks like our first Saturday Project Post will be on a, er, Sunday.

So here's how this is going to work: every Saturday, a mod will make a post with themed threads that members can reply to and discuss in. We've picked some themes to start but depending on what direction the posts take, threads may be modified or added.

See the starter comments below to get an idea of the format, and comment away! If you have any questions or want to discuss something not covered by the main threads, reply here!

So I finally managed to get my nice shiny new game started and started a VDSL for my own amusement and now every time i try to get into my legacy house the game crashes. JOY. So now i get to try to figure out whats causing it D:

I also have massively failed on keeping my game files organized right now most of the stuff I've downloaded is in a lovely folder called "Needs to be sorted" yeaaaah probably not gonna happen. Why am I so useless at this? Grr.

MOAR ALIEN STUFF. And I don't mean skins and makeup, though those are always nice, I mean clothing and furniture and clutter and build-mode stuff! My alien 'hood is actually on another planet in the fooooture and while I'm working on stuff for it (very slowly) it would be lovely to have more...

I'm going to be making the chucks of Aikea's that I use into high-tops that can be paired with non-pants meshes.

I have a suggestion: Make the thread text slightly bigger so they're easier to pick out from other comments?

That would be really rad, yeah. I don't think there are any meshed high-top sneakers out there, unless I'm really missing something. The only ones I know of are Aikea's and the H&M ones.

That would be excellent, thank you! I'm crap at age converting. Do you want the .simpe file or the whole mesh with the modified AF file imported?

If no one else is planning on doing this, I would do it for you! If you care which colors are recessive or dominant, just send me a message with the info. Otherwise, I can just geneticize them as I see fit and send them back over to you.

I'll just edit the original mesh myself and send it your way when I'm done, that's the easiest way I can think of.

Aikea's meshed high-tops are only on one mesh and only for male. I planned to widen the ankle to a more suitable size and possibly raise them higher.

Buuuut, rather the point was the bow was removed from the AF age and I want that modified mesh converted. If you're going to do all the work yourself, it's not exactly a collaboration. XD

I don't quite know how to age convert hair meshes properly so I just figured I'd remove the bow from all the ages and send it to you. I still considered it a collab because you had the idea and did the work originally. But if you'd rather somebody convert the AF one you modified, then someone else can jump in.

I hope this doesn't sound selfish or anything but I kind of don't want the work that went into carving out the bow from the AF stage to go to waste? Because it's all in one group, so it was really a matter of very carefully snipping off vertices and checking for holes elsewhere every two seconds. If you want to remove the bow yourself, that's fine and all, but it wouldn't be a collaboration, it would just be your own work, because, well, none of my work would be going into it, idea or not. Especially because I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had the idea to remove that bow. :)

So thanks but I'll pass. It's probably for the best, anyhow. I should suck it up and try to learn how to age convert properly, anyway.
